Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Palo Alto, CA

2+ Years of Experience - Weekly Gross: $2,281.68
- Taxable: $1,324.68
- Non-Taxable: $957 ($735 housing + $222 meals)
5+ Years of Experience: - Weekly Gross: $3,000.10
- Taxable: $1,724.10
- ??????? Non-Taxable: $1,276 ($980 housing + $296 meals)
Schedule and Assignment Details - Shift: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: Three shifts per week, every other weekend required
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (high possibility of extension past 13 weeks)

Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of care for patients requiring urgent or emergency treatment
- Assess, prioritize, and respond to patients’ medical needs
- Administer medications and treatments while operating medical equipment safely
- Participate in emergency situations such as trauma cases and code responses
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- ???????Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and aftercare instructions
Qualifications Required: - Active California RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience in a Level 1 trauma center
Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- PALS (American Heart Association)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
