To lead this next phase of growth, we’re searching for a Vice President of HVAC Operations who thrives under pressure, drives results, and has the proven ability to take a high-performing residential HVAC division and make it the #1 operation in the region.

As our VP of HVAC Operations , you’ll own the entire HVAC operation from top to bottom. This is not a maintenance role—it’s a growth engine. You’ll:

• Build, scale, and optimize : Drive rapid expansion while maintaining world-class service quality.
• Lead and inspire : Manage, mentor, and grow teams of service technicians, installers, and field leaders.
• Execute at speed : Ensure schedules, repairs, and installations are delivered on time, every time, no excuses.
• Raise the bar : Enforce operational standards, KPIs, and accountability to deliver 5-star service on every call.
• Collaborate for success : Partner with leadership across plumbing, electrical, and corporate to ensure seamless growth.
• Innovate and dominate : Identify efficiencies, leverage technology, and implement processes that outpace competitors.
  

We need a battle-tested leader with both HVAC expertise and the mindset of a market disruptor. Someone who refuses to settle for “good enough.”

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential HVAC operations.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and operations in a high-growth, high-volume environment .
• Strong technical background in HVAC systems, with relevant licenses/certifications.
• Sharp business acumen—you know your P&L, margins, and KPIs cold.
• A commanding leadership presence : you know how to recruit, coach, and hold people accountable.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills under high pressure.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical operations is a plus (but HVAC mastery is non-negotiable).
