Warehouse Associate

📍 On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

💲 $19.00/hour

Purity Products is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced fulfillment and distribution operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on warehouse experience who value accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Restock inventory bins and promotional materials
• Assemble shipping cartons and prepare orders for outbound shipment
• Move products between picking, staging, and shipping areas
• Palletize, stack, and secure orders according to safety standards
• Support workflow optimization and specialty team projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for 7–8 hours per shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of recent full-time warehouse experience (picking/packing in large-scale or high-volume operations preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy and productivity
• Ability to meet performance and quality metrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and willing to rotate responsibilities as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site
• Schedule may adjust based on business needs
