Overview

The Wellness Program Lead is a key driver of Highspring's wellness strategy, supporting mental health and well-being in the workplace. In this role, you will partner with Operations Leaders to deliver a high-quality, data-driven wellness program that fosters resilience and psychological safety across teams. You will oversee on-site counselors and the program manager to ensure consistent, impactful delivery and engagement. This full-time role supports both Highspring employees and our global clients, ensuring wellness initiatives align with operational goals and measurable outcomes.

The Wellness Program Lead reports to the Director of Trust & Safety Operations. This position is currently hybrid at our North Austin location.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary connection between the program, operations teams and client representatives ensuring alignment and collaboration
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Wellness Program, ensuring quality, consistency, and confidentiality
  • Supervise and support the on-site counselors and program manager, maintaining high professional standards of care and service delivery
  • Develop and maintain wellness frameworks tailored to the unique needs of Trust & Safety and other high-resilience teams
  • Coordinate wellness assessments, trainings, and interventions informed by data insights and organizational goals
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of wellness program data to measure engagement, effectiveness, and ROI
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing trends, outcomes, and recommendations for leadership and clients
  • Contribute to client presentations and business reviews
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate wellness data into broader performance metrics
  • Translate wellness insights into strategies that align with organizational objectives and strengthen team well-being
  • Evolve program offerings based on data, feedback, and industry best practices
  • Support the development and delivery of Wellness as a Service initiatives for clients, extending Highspring's wellness expertise beyond internal programs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Health, or related field; advanced clinical degree preferred
  • Relevant clinical licensure or certification, such as Registered/Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC/LPC-S, or LMFT, demonstrating expertise to guide and oversee employee wellness programs
  • Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, trauma-informed care) is highly desirable
  • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or managing wellness programs in organizational or high-resilience settings
  • Intermediate Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office experience, including spreadsheets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to promote wellness initiatives
  • Ability to analyze program metrics, assess engagement and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with Trust & Safety, BPO operations, or high-stress work environments is a plus

Schedule Requirements

  • 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH
  • Flexible schedule (CST core hours) with limited after-hours meetings (approx. 1-2 hours/month)
