We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our team in delivering exceptional client service. This role is ideal for someone organized, passionate about luxury goods, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, boutique environment. You’ll join a small, friendly, family-oriented team and work closely with account executives, clients, and internal teams to help drive sales growth.

We proudly hold the exclusive U.S. distribution rights for Venini, IVV, and Berti—three iconic Italian heritage brands. Venini is renowned for its handmade Murano glass vases, tableware, and lighting with over 100 years of history. IVV offers modern, artisanal glassware crafted in Tuscany, while Berti produces hand-forged kitchen knives using traditional methods dating back to 1895.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating wholesale sales materials (line sheets, order forms, price lists)
• Monitor orders, call out any errors or delays, share shipment details with retail partners
• Help track sales leads and maintain accurate records in the sales database
• Assist with order entry, sample requests, and follow-ups with accounts
• Complete item set up forms, maintain online assets for retail partners
• Assist in responding to retailer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and logistics
• Assist with preparation for trade shows (design, logistics, sampling)
• Maintain organized records of contracts, retailer agreements, and compliance documents
• Maintain inventory reports and update system with incoming deliveries
• Provide general support to the wholesale team as needed on day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination (luxury/home/fashion/design a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, and office software.
• Genuine interest in luxury products and heritage brands.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
