We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installation Project Manager to join our Indianapolis-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working with some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of installation projects from start to finish.
• Provide accurate installation quotes to Pratt client representatives.
• Coordinate project schedules with clients and installation vendors.
• Track project progress and completion using the Vomela Edge information system.
• Prepare and deliver completion documentation required by clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related inquiries from clients and vendors.
• Generate sales and purchase orders for installation services.
• Travel to installation sites as needed, sometimes on short notice.
• Assist with installations when necessary.
• Project Cost and Billing Approval

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with sales, client services, production teams, and installers.
• Willingness to take after-hours calls related to installation projects.
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 20 feet).
• Previous experience with vinyl or signage installation is a plus, but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.
