Summary
The Post-Harvest Manager oversees the processes from pre-harvest planning to interdepartmental final product transfers, ensuring that harvested plant material moves through the post-harvest pipeline carefully and efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position involves oversight of the harvesting, drying/curing, trimming, and testing of all harvests.
