What You'll Do:

As a Supervisor, you’ll be the vital connection between associates and plant leadership.

• Leading Daily Operations : Direct and support your cell/department team to deliver safe, high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Problem-Solving in Real Time : Identify daily production challenges, remove bottlenecks, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Driving Performance & Engagement : Hold daily team meetings, set expectations, and keep production goals on track with hourly monitoring.
• Improving Processes : Oversee continuous flow and materials delivery systems while inspiring associates to contribute ideas for improvement.
• Developing Talent : Coach, train, and mentor team members to expand skills and build bench strength.
• Ensuring Standards : Audit safety, quality, and scrap; uphold Leader Standard Work practices and standardized work for direct reports.
• Enhancing Workplace Culture : Recommend improvements in equipment, processes, and working conditions—while motivating teams and enforcing safety rules.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a Lean manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Skilled in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement
• Experience with—or eagerness to learn— Lean manufacturing techniques
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
